Located in the hamlet of Gervaux in the commune of Clisson, our Luneau-Papin guest house started as a crazy bet – to offer a peaceful retreat and a practical place to stay to experience the beautiful countryside both outdoors and indoors. Whether you are visiting the Luneau-Papin domaine or not, our website has been carefully designed to easily choose and book your stay with us and to help you feel entirely at home in our guesthouse.
We have selected local artisans, materials and furniture so as to give you very fond memories of your time in our beautiful region.
The history of our guest house in Gervaux, Clisson links a family of musicians with a family of wine producers.
Perched on top of the granite rocks of Clisson overlooking the River Sèvre Nantaise, our holiday home was filled with the music of the Vautier family – three sisters – three professional musicians – all offering warm hospitality.
The house welcomed us during our childhood, then during our young adult lives. We were often there in the summer and were sometimes invited in the autumn by the Vautier famly to enjoy an apéritif and share a meal together.
The waterfall below enchanted our days and sometimes our nights when we were invited to stay on. These great moments and unforgettable memories fill our guesthouse today.
The Vautier family transferred the house to our family at the end of 2022. We carefully considered its layout so that you can stay here in all seasons whether it is alone, with friends, family or lovers.

Located at Clisson, 30 km from Nantes, our guest house overlooks a dreamlike landscape that you can admire from all of our rooms throughout all the seasons. The building started life as a barn in the 18th Century before becoming a family house in the 19th Century. Its historic structure gives it a timeless charm. Our renovated guest house is a blend of modernity with its comforts while preserving its long heritage, so now writing a new chapter in its history.
